- DSG/S tronic mechatronic unit faults — dual-clutch transmission control unit causes jerky shifts, hesitation from stop, and limp mode. ODIS reads clutch adaptation values and actuator pressures.
- Carbon buildup on intake valves — direct-injection 2.0T and 3.0T engines accumulate carbon deposits that restrict airflow. Symptoms include rough idle, misfires, and reduced power.
