Prepay covers up to 90 minutes of diagnostic time. Additional time is billed in 30-minute or 1-hour increments with customer approval only. Includes scan, testing, and a written/digital summary of findings — no repairs included. If a simple issue is resolved within the first hour, a portion of the fee may be applied toward any repair.
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Same-day cancellation or no-show: fee becomes shop credit valid for 60 days.
