Fully prepaid. Standard PPI covers typical European vehicles (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, etc.). Performance/Exotic PPI (from $429) covers Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, and high-performance AMG/M/RS variants. Includes road test if allowed, lift inspection, scan of major systems, photos, and written report. Does not include compression tests, teardown, or fluid analysis unless listed as add-ons. If seller no-shows or refuses access, a portion of the fee covers technician time — remainder may be applied as credit if rebooked.
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Same-day cancellation or no-show: fee becomes shop credit valid for 60 days. If seller denies access, a defined technician time fee is retained and the remainder is held as client credit.
